A 5-month journey transforming the luxury made-to-order experience through digital innovation.
The Challenge
Create a user-friendly internal digital ordering system that would drive adoption among sales teams and ultimately their VIP clients, with the goal of increasing made-to-order sales. The challenge was two-fold: ensuring sales team adoption (considering varying levels of digital proficiency) while maintaining attractiveness to the end client.

My Role & Approach
As Product Owner, I led a team of three full-stack developers, employing agile methodology to deliver an MVP within 5 months. The focus was on balancing rapid development with stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption.
